		<description>I find this fascinating.  I always was taught in school that it was a holiday to honor Presidents Washington and Lincoln.  But according to Wikipedia, that bill never passed congress.  Except where states rule otherwise, it IS officially &quot;Washington&#039;s Birthday&quot; even though it never actually falls on Washington&#039;s Birthday, February 22.</description>
